The UN is so worried about climate change killing the world's poor, what about fascist regimes doing so now?

Seems like if they want to save lives, they are doing a piiiss poor job. Oh thats right, climate change is purely a political manuever to handcuff industrious nations specifically the USA. You notice how every there is so bs article about the penguins, the polar bears, or some weather event being blamed on GW. They are trying to break us down, little by little, to excpet this farce.
