Boyfriend refuses to take paternity test yet he keeps having babies by the same woman. Should she leave him?

This big baby wants to be supported. And she's crazy enough to do it. She can get his DNA from semen, from a gl or cup he has drunk from. She can have it tested. She can put him in jail for non-support. At least, for the sake of the CHILDREN she is bringing into the world with no father, she could use birth control. And her 70 year old father could tell him off and kick him out.
