I've been very committed to mourning about my past, failed relationships. I've really wasted a lot of time being in "love" with someone, and now it's fading because I realize that I'm only torturing myself. Couple of questions about my pointe shoes.?

So my shoes got wet. (part of the box and the shank.) they were so wet that the box was all squishy but since it wasn't lot it still has its shape. I let it dry and now I'm wondering if I can still dance on them. They're still in decent condition and such and I'm getting new ones once I start dance again, but I was going to use them for my solo. FOR MY SOLO: I wanted to make my shoes either red or black. I was just going to use the wet ones, but can you just use a marker(like sharpy) or do you have to use some special thing to dye them? I also want to switch from pointe to toe paws in the middle of my dance. does anyone think this will be cool? I wanted to do fouettes with a sorta barefoot look and jumps to. (I'd have my paws on during the pointe section and then tie my pointe shoes a certain way so that when I want to take them off, they'd be easy to remove. Then once the laces were untied, just kick them off with a hitch kick or a kinda cutesy kinda kick to the side.) ALSO: what are your views on using gels vs. using lambs wool. my friends dance teacher won't allow them to wear the gels, thus my friend comes home with toe bleeds and hurting toes. So I put it in a diff spot, just to see what will happen, wait a couple weeks, and low an behold, its back in the same place :) caught him! But no, he still lied!!! Like he didn't know he was busted! Then to make matters worse, he gives me this long speech on how is unethical and wrong in the eyes of God...Hes amazing lol. So if is so horrible (which he tryed desperately to make it sound) then how horrible is he?! He lies to me all the time about where he is going..example.. HIM"babe I am going to the store, be back in 25" ME"K get me some juice". . . . .2 hours later he arrives. . .ME"what happened, thought you where going to the store?" HIM "O ya stopped at Ray's got side tracked, sorry" ME "wheres my juice?" HIM"sh*it sorry I forgot"... conversation over. 2weeks later hes talking to his brother an it comes out that he did not only go to Ray's but stopped 3 other places! He will tell me hes working from 2pm-4am which he does, but nobody knows where he is from 11:30pm-1:00am!!! Things like this all the time!!! We have been together for 9years married for 1, 2 great kids, good jobs, no money troubles, a few times a week, I've kept myself looking y... I just dont know what to think. These people aren't 'lazy' they simply can't get jobs that pay enough to support them, you try getting by on a minimum wage job and paying for food and rent. Don't think that they will hire those poor people to do the jobs, they will go overseas or hire illegals for low wages and poor working conditions. Nothing trickles down because they continue to look for corners and ways to get out of paying people more and hiring more people. They used the recession to hire less people because the people that do have jobs now work extra hard to ensure that they say employed. They also pay much less and collect the leftovers. This has allowed for them to work people like slaves and get the benefits of it at the same time. When are people going to learn that big businesses are about making profit, not about giving out jobs or helping citizens put food on their tables. THEY DON"T CARE ABOUT YOU! They will watch your children starve while they eat golden sundaes. People in genuine are selfish in nature and the more you make the more you want no matter who it hurts or who loses out. Has anyone tried the anti depression drug lamictal and what were its side efffects?

Lamictal is actually a mood stabilizer. I've been taking it for about 2 years now and it works really well to treat my Bipolar 2 disorder. When I first tried to take it about 3 years ago I had really bad vertigo for 3 days, then I stopped taking it. I tried it again about 2 years ago and had no problems, except that it made me a bit manic adjusting to it. You have to start at really low doses and slowly increase to avoid getting a fatal rash. Other than that I've noticed that my thinking is a bit more muddled and I sometimes have trouble thinking of words to say. Also I have more problems with numbers. But these side effects aren't as bad as living with my mood swings!

My Scared Miniature Pincher?

I have a 10 month old Miniature Pincher and he is VERY scared of strangers. He is so scared that if someone walks up and tries to pet him he pees and tries to be as far away from them as possible. This wouldn't be such a problem if people would just stop trying to pet him and get him to like them, it seems as if it is hard for people to accept that a cute dog like him won't let them pet him. Is there any way to get him to stop being so afraid?? He has always been like this since I first got him from Total Pet (a pet store in my town) and I am not sure why. After reading about Miniature Pinchers and reading how they are supposed to be so brave and what not, it is puzzling me as to why he is like this. The thing that I find the most puzzling is that he acts invincible when it comes to other dogs, no matter how big or mean they look he is not afraid. As with humans though he is petrified and it hurts me to see him this scared. Any tips or solutions???

I'm 15 years old and I hate myself, cause I'm not good enough.?

I feel really blessed that I have what I have, like my parent's don't talk to me very much but at least they're together and they don't make life hell, i live in a more than nice area, i have a 2 floor bedroom...even though i don't need two i just need a bed, my mom loves designer bags and I'm fortunate enough that she buys for me. But I have this feeling that I don't want these things, like I'm not bright AT ALL [my family is at Ivy league standard, my sister is in Georgetown and my other sister is in Harvard, my parents went to Yale together] and honestly, I don't think my grades are up there. I'm not good at sports [my brother is a trophy winning golfer/tennis player and he's like 11] and the blood that flows through my veins is rich with the blood of a National hero, Writers, Businessmen, Inventors, Royalty and Leaders. This just, makes me hate myself, that I'm not that smart, I don't even think I have what it takes to go to college and I don't have any trophies or awards to show. It's like I'd feel better about myself if I just worked as a waitress part time and go to school and fend for myself from the ground without contact with my family. Running program?

I run 3 miles 3 times a week. I want to incorporate some interval training in between these days I run. Extremely long dream interpretation help?

well last night i had a dream and when i woke up from it it totally set my entire mood the the day and it really sucked i felt so miserable. in the dream i was with some friends and we were in this like house or well we were like attacking it sort of? (it only gets weirder) there were like zombies or something inside the house and i was going through and shooting zombies and completely pointless meaningless stuff and then my dream sort of changed into another dream it was still the same dream uninterrupted but it changed a girl ive known for around 5 years was confessing her love for me and i found myself feeling the same. ive never had any real life feelings for this girl and i dont now. ive always thought she was extremely attractive but ive never liked her. but in my dream it was awkward and it was tender and it was real. and when she told me this we were in a room that seemed to be modeled after the room i stayed in when i was a kid at my grandparents house it had 2 beds in it and after she told me about how she felt and after i told her how i returned the feelings we kissed and then i was like rubbing her back or something and we fell asleep and when i woke up she had to leave and there were other girls from my grade (extremely pretty ones) in the bed next to ours but they were sort of there like i didnt pay any attention to them and now that i think about it, it definitely was my grand parents house because i walked out to the kitchen to say goodbye to her and then we kissed again and i woke up and i felt seriously so freaking miserable. im just looking for some insight as to what my subconscious might have been feeling. i am 100% sure i have no feelings for this girl i dont have any feelings for anyone and havent in a while so maybe it was kind of a manifestation of loneliness? does anyone else have any other ideas? and sorry for the length

Need help regaining my confidence with horses?

about a month ago a girl brought her horse to the barn i work at and hes a big quarter horse. anyway she told me i could ride him so i did. while in the stall with him about to put the bridle on so he wasnt tied used his body to put me against the wall and cornerme. his ears were pinned back and i knew he was being aggressice so i quickly gave him a sharp kick in the side thinking hed back off but instead he just whipped his head around and bit my lip (which is now scarred). i took his cribbing collar (which was metal) and gave him a smack with it but he then used his head and threw me against the wall i got a concussion he then kicked me in the leg. his all happened in a matter of about 45 seconds then finally someone grabbed him and brought him out of his stall. i know i probably did something wron the minute i let him pin me but the problem is i now how zero confidence wih horses i dont know. i really want to be a vet but now i dot wantto ge in stalls with horses in unfamiliar with. any advice would be appriciated. thanks!

There are defintely better and healthier ways to lose weight than by making yourself sick. If you are even trying these you need to see a doctor because you have a problem. Exercising and eating properly are what you need to do. Do small things (stairs instead of elevator, parking farther from the door so you have to walk further, and setting aside time each day specifically for exercise). If you can't eat healthy and exercise or just can't seem to shake the weight talk to your doctor.. there are alternative ways. DO NOT make yourself sick. You will become extrememly unhealthy, your teeth turn yellow from stomach acid... and Its just plain wrong. Talk to your doctor!
