How do In file taxes in this situation?

I am 19 and my boyfriend and i have been together for 3 years and want to get married, however, to our families we are too young. We have been considering a secret civil marriage that we would keep quite until we decide it is time in a year or two to announce our engagement and then get married within our church. However, our worry is that tax filiing will complicate our idea. Since we would be secretly wed, My parents are still planning on claiming me through college since I am 19 and a full time student and they co-signed on my student loans and I am on my parents medical insurance etc. My BF is independent, lives on his own and supports himself, he made 24 K last year and I only made 1.5 k. My parents already claimed me, and we are planning to file after we get married, we already requested an extension, so tomorrow isn't the deadline. How do we file? Should we file as married filing seperately and let him file and not claim an exemption for me. Or should he file as "single" Your help is greatly appreciated...Thank you
