How much to finish a house that already has the "shell" built?

I am looking at a home that has the foundation, block walls, roof, windows, and its framed out. I need to finish plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and the kitchen. I know that it can vary greatly but I don't want top of the line custom work and I don't want low, rental grade supplies. I want mid grade on all. I can do the dry wall and the tile, I have a very good friend that would work with me on the electrical, my father in-law is a custom cabinet builder and would help me out there as well. Can you give me a rough idea of what kind of cost I'm looking at? Roughly how much realistically to finish off this home? Thank you.
