2001 Ford Escape XLT 6 dics CD changer?

I have a 2001 Ford Escape xlt and the 6 disc cd changer is no longer working. Part number YL2F-18C815-BE. I'm trying to find a used replacement for this unit but am not sure what will work in my vehicle. Can I get one from any model Escape? What does AUDIOPHILE mean to me? Pls HELP!
