What is an appropriate thank you for a husband who has chosen to sell his Mustang for the family's finances?

His choice to sell, I know the obvious "thank you", what else would be a nice thank-you? I am currently 7 mth pregnant and making the payment on his car, it is our 3rd vehicle, any thoughts?
