There are defintely better and healthier ways to lose weight than by making yourself sick. If you are even trying these you need to see a doctor because you have a problem. Exercising and eating properly are what you need to do. Do small things (stairs instead of elevator, parking farther from the door so you have to walk further, and setting aside time each day specifically for exercise). If you can't eat healthy and exercise or just can't seem to shake the weight talk to your doctor.. there are alternative ways. DO NOT make yourself sick. You will become extrememly unhealthy, your teeth turn yellow from stomach acid... and Its just plain wrong. Talk to your doctor!
