Manual 35mm camera with 50mm len, where can I buy?

I am in high school and is taking photo cl and I am wondering where I can buy a camera that takes black and white pictures only. It has to be a manual 35mm camera with a 50mm lens with manual override capabilities. I want a good one that isn't a crappy looking one that looks nice but isn't overpriced.
