ok i got a little confused...is the guy who said i love you the guy you like??? and the guy that was walking to you...if he was then he probably really does like you but doesnt love you...it depends on his friends to actualy because they could be all joking around with him about that and hed be in on it and they are just messing with you...it depends on how they act when hes around you so you might want to look at that...and you just need to go up and talk to the guy you like more...maybe hed start talking to you and then youd be in good shape(: and you could prolly find out what "its complicated" means for him and who else its about
