Could I be pregnant on the first month off the birth control?

I finished my pack of pills and got my period last month on 1/18 last 4 days,had unprotected after that, I been having some crazy symptoms like sore , sore and some lower abd cramps like period cramps but very mild. My period was due yest and nothing came. Could I be pregnant. We r trying to conceive. Thanks
