Have any of you succeeded in bulking up at the gym?? I had my consultation last night and had my bmi done and that plus my trainer says hes going to go away and do my planner to help me, Im very skinny and don't put any weight on at all no matter what i eat! So this is my option i just want to know will this work and shall i take protein shakes?? Please tell me any of your success stories!
