When i am out and the sitter is with my 5 mth old i can sense him crying is that normal?i call he is crying?

i be outside shopping and a feeling i get like the baby is crying and when i call my home i can hear him crying in the background and that only happen once and a while but majority of the times i am right is that a mommy thing
