Help... Halloween Ideas!!!!?

So my boyfriend and i are wanting to dress up as 1920's flapper couple. i already have my dress. its a vintage bebe dress Burgundy and black. super cute, i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on what else i could add to my outfit and what to have my bf wear. we were thinking a black and white pin strip suit with a top hat and a cane with a long chain on the pants. what else can we add to make our outfits look amazing. we are in a contest that we win money if we are the best dressed couple. any ideas would be awesome. thanks =)
