Oblivion watter help plz?

i have been playing one of the watter races and was so disappointed when i found that there is no point in playing a watter race because there is nothing in the water no caves no fortes no ship wrecks nothing just a few sloterfish i was wandering if someone could link me to a sight with some water mods so that there might be some point to swimming around :) thanks
