I have very high arches- can someone recommend a good running shoe?

I'm a beginner runner and I do most of my running outdoors. So I need something that will be stable over uneven terrain and that will stabilize my feet. I find that when I run now the front of my shins get sore and I think its from trying to keep my feet from rolling inward because my shoes don't provide enough support. Any ideas??
